Why I do what I do

I do this work because I have been THERE. I have been on the other side of the table seeking clarity and healing. There have been times in my life where I have felt completely lost and unsure of myself. Wanting someone to see me clearly and without judgement is a feeling I know all too well.

I understood myself, but still felt out of touch with who I truly was. I recognized my patterns, knew where they came from, but still found myself repeating them. Truly, I can not tell you how much time I wasted looking for answers outside of myself. My power was a commodity I traded for certainties that did not exist or aid me. It was a time where I felt so frustrated and broken. Through Tarot and Reiki, I was able to find what I was looking for within myself.

My approach to healing

I have learned over the years that clarity and healing already exists within us. Sometimes it just takes the right mirror, perspective, or slowing down enough to see it.

My work brings Tarot, Reiki, and the understanding of what makes us who we are together. I am interested in what lies beneath the surface. I want to look at the patterns you repeat, the feelings you do not understand, the thoughts keeping you in place, and the parts of you that were hidden away.

Life changes us. We adapt from difficult experiences by becoming whoever we need to be in order to survive. That may look like wearing a mask, people pleasing, and becoming hyper-independent just to name a few.

Often, the ways in which we adapt begin to keep us stuck in the same survival pattern. This is not a failure, and there is no need to feel shame around it. Once you understand your patterns and recognize where they show up in your life and body, you can decide what comes next.

You deserve to be seen in a way that is healing and transformative.
